But whatever they have been called, press agents, in the course of their quest to canonize the superficial, have always been small history makers.

As have the photographers represented by Globe Photos.

These men and women have made a record of movie ant television personalities as they want to be seen, as the public wants to see them and even perhaps as they really are.

Here then is a body of work that at the time of its creation represented Hollywood as the editors of mass magazines believed their readers wanted to see it, photographs that represent Hollywood as it wanted to be seen by the world, photographs that represent Hollywwood as less than objective photographers saw it.

It is a remarkable body of work that seen after six decades transcends its original reason for being.

Seen today, the photos make a deadly accurate record of the follies of the famous and an affectionately wicked comment on the Hollywood culture itself.

Love of the exotic, and especially “chinoiserie”, continued into the following century, with 18th century Rococo or distilled Baroque, which was more graceful and lighter.

Pale colors and wavy embroidery were the new motifs which Europe assumed, to the sound of minuets, as it marched toward the political and technological revolution of the end of the century.

Liberating, libertarian, a philosophical and tender libertine, she joins body and spirit in short circuits which cause us to fall to our knees in adoration, while she herself kneels before you and before herself.

Sagittarian art cannot be apart from the body, but the Moon in Virgo deviates towards 12 inch heels dripping with colour, in a sado-masochistic world of torture wheels and whips, but also of a subtle refinement, all the way to the mystery of absolute liberty which is manifested by her Venus in Aquarius.

View her works online, or if her art exhibit comes to your city, do not miss it.

“We are luxury experts, we offer consultations, monitoring the world of fashion to discover trends and suggest purchases.

Elegance means a high-quality garment which wears well, above all it’s a question of taste.

Italians are invincible in colour choice, the French are more classic.

The most elegant people in the world are Indians followed by the Japanese, the least elegant are the Chinese.

The most elegant woman is Sharon Stone, she’s alluring and she dresses well.

The most elegant man ever is Gianni Agnelli.

The most important Italian stylist is Giorgio Armani.

I would like to dress Michelle Obama, her wardrobe is too classic American chic. She should be more daring.”

Such deceit, such a sham cannot but have a valid justification; and that is that nothing is real, everything is false, everything is fake, not only his superiors but also their relatives, their wives, children and the homes they live in, the streets, the city, the country.

It’s all a sham: the whole world is fake.

The two characters unite, one in search of a well with his bottle, the other hoping to find the boundaries of the promised prefecture.

They wanderings, prompted by delirium, cause them to meet characters and figures even odder and more raving than themselves.

It is the fault of the moon, which changes the tides, makes dogs howl and messes with their minds.

The last diva has reached the highest pinnacle of success: for some time now she has not acted in a movie, yet her fame remains unchanged.

On the contrary, it grows drawing from herself and a beauty so radiant and alive that it imposes itself as the absolute value, beyond any trivial prejudice.

Because, frankly, who really cares about Sharon Stone’s age and which beauty secrets she avails herself of to maintain eternal youth?

Unless we would like to copy them, which in any case is an excellent idea.

What fascinates us about her is her strength, her vital capacity to be always and above all contemporary.

We admire her ability to remain in the limelight for what she is, more than for what she does.
